Delete Your MapRaiders Account

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open MapRaiders and log in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible. No waiting period, no "deactivated" state.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, send an email from the address registered to your account to info@scafa-investments.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your username. We will delete the account and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
All personal data linked to your account is permanently removed from our production database, including:
- Your account itself: email address, username, password hash, login tokens
- All GPS routes and movement history
- All echoes you created (audio, photo, video) and your quests, challenges and traps
- Your pet, titles, notifications, activity feed entries and quest progress
- Friend connections, friend requests, blocks, clan memberships and your chat messages
What is retained
Only anonymized game records that no longer contain any reference to you:
- Territories you owned become unowned ("no owner") and decay normally
- Completed multiplayer records (duels, races, events) keep an anonymized entry so other players' results stay intact — your ID is removed from them
These records cannot be traced back to you. Legal retention duties (e.g. for support correspondence by email) remain unaffected.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can also remove individual content at any time in the app without closing your account: delete any echo, quest, challenge or trap you created via its own menu. You can additionally export a full copy of your data under Settings → Export My Data.
